Great Caesar's Ghost

Ingredients

  • 30ml Jim Beam Jacob's Ghost
  • 120ml Spiced Tomato Juice*
  • 1 rim Celery Salt
  • 1 slice cucumber
  • 2 leaves basil
  • 1 wedge lemon

Method

  1. Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of your glass and dip in celery salt shaking off the excess.
  2. Measure and pour in Jacob's Ghost, fill glass with ice and top with spiced tomato juice.
  3. Stir, garnish with cucumber and basil and serve.

*To make your own spiced tomato juice pour 1 litre of tomato juice into a large container. Add 100ml of Worchester sauce, 30ml of olive brine, 2 tablespoons of horseradish, the juice of 1 ruby red grapefruit, 10 dashes of your favourite chilli sauce and a teaspoon of Wasabi paste. Mix together thoroughly and rebottle to use at your leisure.
