Knob Creek Vieux Carre Cocktail

Knob Creek Vieux Carre Cocktail

The Vieux Carre (named for the old French term for New Orlean's French quarter – le Vieux Carre, "the Old Square") was invented by Walter Bergeron sometime prior to the publication of Stanley Clisby Arthur's Famous New Orleans Drinks and How to Mix Them in 1937. Warm, complex and sophisticated, this revived long-lost classic has made a global resurgence due to the high quality of the drink.
